Description

Divide the players on the ice into four groups and send each group to a skating line. On the whistle, the players skate with a puck through the pylons for a shot on the net. They then get into the line on the opposite side. Players only ever alternate between two lines.

Notes: Whistle will control the pace of the skaters entering the course.
