Description

X's are inside the circle stickhandling around. Working on hands, shifting weight, turns, and puck control.

O's on the outside. 2 Pucks to start. Passing the puck around the outside. Age/Skill progression dependent:
Have them moving while passing
Add 3rd puck
Allow/encourage passes through the circle to the opposite side

Whistle rotate passes into circle and new group starts as passers.
Only backhand passes
Add sticks/cones/debris on the ice for players to pass over/around/through.
