Description

X's go together and O's go together.

On the whistle X's start skating, and D starts on redline skating backward, before X gets to the redline they pass to D, D then goes D to D, X's regroup and the 2nd X receives a return pass from the other D.

On the 2nd whistle, the O side goes.

Notes: D focus on tape to tape, D to D make sure 2nd D is in a supporting (hinged) position. Pass to where the player is going and to not where they are.

Focus on moving feet after pass, giving a target for a return pass, and getting to the slot zone for a shot. Heads up shooting, looking at target.
