Description

Set up as shown

Line starts behind crease and starts on whistle.

Skate towards the 1st tire and pivot around tire while always facing the boards.
Continue the slalom between tires until last tire where skaters sprint back into line.

Notes: This drill can be built upon,
1) a puck can be added
2) a goalie
3) a goalie and trailing skater can be added and after shot he can go for rebound.
