Time:
18 mins (16 mins work / 2 mins rest & demo)
Goalies: in both nets stopping shots and minimizing rebounds while communicating to players on their team.

Diagram 1
Black 3 F's complete a 3 man cycle and attack.
Black D, cross step outside and backskate up to red line then forward to gap up.
Red D, cross step inside and go to defend against the cycle attack.
Red 3 F's surf above the ringette line waitng for stage 2.

Diagram 2
After Black F's get a shot on net or on coach's whistle, coach passes to a red F and they go up the ice 3on2 with Black D.
Black 3 F's backcheck
Red D skate up ice to join the rush.
