Body contact is key , not the big crushing hit just get to puck carrier and rub them along the boards keeping contact not bouncing off and then back on

The puck carrier must go down close to boards and keep fighting through the body contact to get to the goal line.

Very simple , drill starts and ends on whistle. After second whistle next pairing get in the start positions.
