Agility Race for a shot

Description
Set up as shown .
Drill starts on whistle and first skaters in each line skate backwards down to 1st tire.
Skaters then pivot and sprint forward to 2nd tire where they pivot again skating backwards to 3rd tire.
Skaters pivot again around 3rd tire and sprint forward to tire 4 and race to be the first to gain procession of puck for a shot, player that doesn't with the race becomes the defending player trying to prevent shooter from getting off a shot.
Notes: This set up can have many versions.
1) as described above
2) same as 1 but skaters skate forwards the whole time
3) rather than racing for a shot each player carries their own puck and alternate sides,
when alternating 2nd skater starts when skater on opposite side passes 2nd tire (not before)
4) same as 3 but 2 players skate at same time and one becomes the trailer for rebound , use the same alternating as version 3
