Description
Timing drill along with skating
Set up as shown and start on whistle.
O1 passes to X1 and starts his sprint around all players to beat the puck to the opposite corner.
X1 dribbles once and passes to X2 who repeats, all players receiving a pass dribbles puck once before passing to next player.
As puck is being passed skater gets into position to receive a pass at the end of the passing line, once puck has been passed to X5 position X1 then goes to the front of the net to set up a one time shot
O1 looks for a good pass to X1 in front of the net , do not just go through the motions......dont rush and dont panic
Once shot has been taken every player rotates counter clockwise one spot , X1 goes to back of line and drill starts over
