Description

The players skate the cone pattern with a puck and take a shot on the far net. They skate around the net and pick up a new puck and make two coach passes while skating back to the end they started. The first coach makes a pass onto the player's tape. The second coach chips the puck ahead for them to skate into.

The pylons can be done with varied patterns:
* Inside edge
* Mowhawks
* Underhandling
* Stop at each cone
* Forwards to backward transitions
