Description

D1 starts by passing to F1 going up boards.
D1 checks up and F1 comes back for 1v1 and small battle
on whistle - D3 and F3 do the same in their zone. D1 and F1 stop and quickly rush up ice to join F3 and D3. D1 becomes the offensive player (D joining rush) and F1 becomes defensive player (back checker) for a 2v2 zone play
can let them play for a bit..
continuous - next whistle repeat as D3 and F3 head back up ice vs D2 and F2
