Description
Variations of:
1. Forward skate with the puck in a straight line. They can not cut until the offensive zone blue line
Defence can not defend until 2nd blue line
2. Use a whistle for variations...On the whistle, the forward needs to reverse to the line they passed; the Defence needs to stop and skate forward to "re-gap", then pivot back. On "regap", the same rule applies, forward can't cut until the O blue line.
