Description

X1 receives a pass from O1 to start the drill, curls at center and goes in 1 on 1 VS O1. Once a shot happens O1 and x1 take off up ice where he joins o1 joins O2 for a 2 on 1 VS X2, X1 is now a backchecker. After the 2 on 1 X2 and 02 head up ice where the same thing will occur. Drill is continuous.

Notes: O2 and X2 must time it so O1 can join play, should start after shot at other end.

All players play D and F each turn. One side of ice starts as D, other as F. If you start as a D you finish as a F, if you start as an F you finish as a backchecker.
