1/2 Ice Eagle Drill

Description
Set up as shown and first pair start on whistle.
Goalies must track every puck and stay up for every shot trying to use stick when appropriate.
D1 starts with a puck and goes behind net then heads back towards corner while F1 goes to breakout position.
D1 passes when F1 is ready for the pass , dont rush and just go through the motions !!!!!!!
D1 goes back to line where they started and picks up a loose puck and heads behind the net again
F1 takes puck outside circle and goes for a shot and continues around bottom of second circle setting up for 2nd breakout. D1 dribbles puck until F1 is in position to receive breakout pass.
D1 makes 2nd breakout pass and chases F1 up the ice to the tires, F1 goes around all tires and D1 pivots to defend F1 going to the net.
D1 closes gap and uses their body to try and separate F1 from the puck
