Description

Creating offense and reading the play is the most important part of this drill.

Three strict rules for this drill ,
1. D are not aloud to go behind the goal line
2. there must be 2 F behind the goal line the entire time( they can use all the area from corner to corner though) the other F players must move to be open responding to the puck carrier.
3. All change of direction for the D must be stop and starts NO TURNING AROUND

Coach starts drill and all players respond as if game situation, the D do their best to cut off passing lane to F player out front of net.

F players can rotate or do whatever they wish, F players must make 5 passes before they can attempt a shot.

Once a shot has been taken players go for rebound and play until a whistle

Change players and repeat
