1-on-1 BW XO - CORKSCREW - SHUFFLE - ANGLE
Description
This should be done from the far blue line to the other end, but space is limited.
Watch the video to get more tips.
1. D-Man faces the boards.
2. Powerful X-Overs to the faceoff dot.
3. 1/2 turn into powerful corkscrews to top of the circle.
4. 1/2 pivot and shuffle with active stick.
5. Pivot to fwd and go to the net.

Once you add the forward, nothing changes. Now the dee-man must maintain a gap of 1-1.5 stick lengths.
