Description

This can be done from the far blue line to the other end.

1. The Coach at center says, "Go".
2. F1 goes around the far cone, F2 the near cone. D1 BW X-O to the cone and then corkscrews for the 2-on-1.
3. Forwards try and create a TRIANGLE so there is a pass option.
4. Dee-man reads the play and makes a quick decision who to cover.

Notes: This drill is for the fwds and the dee. Coaches must coach them both and offer pointers throughout.
