Description

Set up as shown and drill starts and ends on whistle.

Players race around tires to get the puck coaches have passed into position.

First player there is shooter and second is defender, defender must use body and not stick to stop shooter !!!!!!!!!!

If both players arrive at same time they fight for procession of puck being as physical as possible and still try to take a shot.
