Skating Cone Pivots (waterfall)

Description
Have skaters approach each cone perform a pivot around the cone and open up hips to transition back to forward. At the end player skates along the boards and back into the line.
- Pivot one way for a few reps and switch the direction of the pivot.
- If progressing well try with pucks.
