Description

Start the Forwards on their bellies so they lose the puck race. Defense will get to puck first and forwards will pressure D. We will blow whistles to give the kids ideas on how to force bad plays. Ensure at least one forward learns to go to the net.

Notes: Can add a second D as we go.
