Description

Station 1 - Stick Weaving
Small pylons 2-3 feet apart
Player skates hard toward pylons from center line
Player puts one skate on each side of pylon gliding maintaining a wide stand over all pylons or cones, carry ring and weave ring through pylons

Emphasize on body and head fakes by weight shifting with stick movement
 Wide stance and knees bent.

Station 2 - Figure 8
Small pylons 2-3 feet apart
Player standing stationary with ring on stick make a figure 8 around the pylons
Emphasize on moving upper body with stick movement
Wide stance and knees bent



Station 3 - Shooting
Heavy rings against the boards
Fake shots
Fake pass to shot
