Description

ON the whistle D1 shots on the net while X1 explodes around cones. Player that took the shot, gaps up and angles the X1 play out 1v1.

Coach: Defender to gap up and keep your stick on the ice. Do not let them cut to the middle. X1 if there is enough space cut to the middle. If no room to cut, use your speed to go around defender
