Description
Drill runs out of both ends
-Drill starts with Dman Shooting on net and then turning up and skating forward to the centre line and pivoting backwards.
-Blue x skates at Dman and makes a pass.
-Blue x swings across ice and creates an outlet up the far wall lane.
-Dman back peddles to ringette line and pivots forward to make a pass to Blue x.
-Blue x skates up ice and shoots on net.
-Dman pivots backwards again and gets a pass from Red o, who is skating across ice and swinging up the middle lane.
-Dman steps up and makes a pass to Red o, who goes up ice and shoots on net, then stops to create a screen.
-Dman who makes the 2 passes peels off and a new Dman steps in to get a pass from Blue X in the high slot.
-Blue x, after shooting first, skates to the corner, picks up a puck, turns up the wall and then back down in a escape pattern, timing out against/with Red o's attack.
-Blue x drives the net as Dman enters Ozone and then completes a pass to Dman.
-Dman shoots on net with Red o screening and Blue x driving for rebound.
