2 on 2 Rim game

Description
This entire drill takes place below the hash marks (can be done with a goalie or not
Set up as shown and start on whistle.
The O players are the D and the X players are the F
X wraps the puck around the boards trying to reach X in the opposite line , X from the opposite line takes off along the boards and meets the puck where he can ........DO NOT GO STRAIGHT TO THE PUCK , SKATE DOWN AND AROUNF THE BOARDS
The X players work down low but try to score , the defending players must skate to the top of the circles before becoming defending players trying to take the puck away and or preventing any shots at all costs.
The key is the defending players keep their bodies between the puck carrier and where he is trying to get the puck to ie his team mate or front of the net.
Continue battling , when the defending players get procession of puck they can pass it to their team mate or wrap it around the boards to either side to the next player in line.
The players that were the offense now become the defending players and must skate out to the top of the circles before trying to get the puck.
The 2 new players from the lines become the attacking players and drill continues.
Not a goal is scored at the end because the defending player did not get between the player with the puck and the player he was trying to get it to.
