Description

Body position of defending players is key

Set up and start on whistle.

X3 players with pucks pass through O1's legs to X1
X3 ten skates far outside to take the position of X1

X1 goes either direction outside circle to get to the net and take a shot
O1 keeps body between puck carrier and goalie harassing puck carrier the entire time

Drill ends if defending player separates puck carrier from puck or a shot and rebound have been taken

O now becomes offensive player, next X in line becomes the passer and next O becomes new defending player.
