Description

Mobile player "X" skates a figure 8 pattern around the cones while always facing the stationary passer "O". This requires transitions around the cones.

Every time player "X" crosses in the middle of the cones, player "O" hits him with a pass. Every time player "X" transitions around a cone, they will return the pass to player "O".
Player "X" should reverse his direction around the figure 8 about half way through his turn.

Switch passer and skater about half way through the drill.

Notes: - Space the cones about 12 to 15 feet apart.

- Run two stations at a time.
