Open hip cone stick handle / stickhandle pass & shot

Description

- All players line up in corner except player "O".
- Players "X" stick hand through staggered cones but use "Open Hip" turns to to traverse around them.
- Players stick handle full speed through the top cones, pass to player "O" as soon as their stick clears the last cone.
- They then break for the net, receive a return pass (watch the off-sides) and skate in for a shot.

- Plyer "X" then replaces Player "O". Player "O" skates to back of line "X".
