Description

On whistle (Both Ends of the ice)
D attacks top of circle and transitions to backwards as coach passes him the puck. D then goes behind the net for a wheel to F. F skates towards wall and then hurries down for a open pivot support for D. F then skates off the wall and passes hard to coach (give and go). The D then joins the rush. If F is ahead of D the delay in offensive zone for pass to D. If D is with the F then regular 2-0.
Variation - Instead of D joining rush he plays other forward 1 vs 1.
