Description

- both the X & O teams enter the zone when the coach puts in a ring. The defending team can only have 2 people in their "zone"
- attacking team tries to use their advantage by using quick passes
- defending team's goal is to obtain the ring quickly for an outlet to the teammate at the line, to create a breakaway
