Description

Diagram 1
- black F gets puck off wall from coach
- red D follows with light pressure
- green F drives the slot and gets pass from black F
- green F takes shot on net

Diagram 2
- black F picks up puck in corner from coach
- red D still follows with light pressure, focusing on footwork and stick positioning
- green F takes up strong side post position
- black F will complete 2 escape turns away from red D and then cycle the puck behind the net to green F
- green F & black F will attack the net 2on1 against red D

Diagram 3
- on coach's whistle, green and black F's at both ends will sprint up ice, picking up the puck from the coach in the NZ
- red D will gap up and defend 1on2 back up the ice
