Description

Line Forwards up in opposite corners
Split D into 2 groups, position opposite to forwards in the corners

Coach blows whistle, forward in corner passes puck to the D
Forward skates around circle and positions themselves in front of the net
D controls puck and moves into the shooting lane, once forward is in front of the net the D shoots
After shot the Forward loops in the opposite corner and receives a pass from a coach. D Shadows and pivots once player has the puck to transition into a one on one.
