Description

Divide players into two teams by color. Each team has two lines in opposite corners.

There are two progressions, each to last 4-6 minutes.

1st progression: Each player has a puck and can pass to any line and receive pass back.

2nd progression: Only one puck in play. Players try to get puck and play keep away. They can only pass to lines with their teammates.
