Description

Focus on aggressive loose puck pick up. D starts at the Ringuette line, skates forward to the faceoff dot, stop, goes backwards to the ringuette line; coach throws a puck in the neutral zone, and D skates to pick up the loose puck. Both LD and RD goes at the same time Coaches alternate side of where he trows the puck)
Chooses 1 of 4 options called by the coach.
1. retrieve curl and regroup to other D
2. retrieve curl and board chip
3. Pick up loose puck and go weak side
4.Pick up loose puck and go strong side
