Description

2 lines as shown with pucks - coaches stationed as shown in zone

1. On whistle, first 2 (x1 and O1) go at same time. Skate with a puck fwds - at blue line pivot backwards and exchange give and go pas with coach.
2. Continue around bottom circle, pivot fwds and complete second give-and-go exchange with coach.
3. Explode off circle with puck and perform 2 high/low tight turns forwards in NZ at cone and dots.
4. Head fwds with puck to cone at goalline, pivot bkwrd with puck to face-off dot, then fwd to next cone, then bkwrd again to hash-marks. Return fwds with puck to original line.

*** Next player in line goes once SECOND give and go pass is completed.
