Description
Def with puck at center red - start backward and hit forward on side boards.
Fwd passes pack when defenseman is pivoted on back skate
Def regroups with puck inside zone, Fwd breaks to middle and demands puck.
Def feeds pass and continues to trail play.
Fwd and Def perform the shooting pattern as shown
