Quick Touch Passing - Heads Up

Diagrams

Description

On the whistle, the first player in each line goes hard, receives a pass (from a stationary passer) and returns it to every line until they finish where they started. The passes need to be made while going in the forward direction. The pylons can be used with younger players to prevent cutting away from the direct passing lane. Passes should be decently hard allowing for the receiver to receive the pass. Poor passers skate to the far goal line and back (i.e. completely missing the receiver).

Notes: Providing a passing is important. Hands in front.
