Description

On the whistle, X skates from the blue line to the red line and executes a full stop. They execute a quick start and skate back to the blue line for a full stop. At the point of stopping at the blue line, O takes off with a puck and tries to get to the middle of the ice ahead of X for a shot on the net. X must back-check the entire way. If you were X you move to O's line.

Notes: Players that don't back-check get placed back into the backchecking line. Watch for cheating O's and have a coach yell "go" if they can't stop cheating.
