Zone Play: Activate the D / High Cover

Description
This is a Low to High Activation game.
Setup:
Black F's are playing 3on3 low in the zone (below ringette line/top of circles) against 3 Red DDC.
Black D are above the ringette line and can't come below or shoot until they are activated.
Red W's are above the line too and can't go below until the Black D have been activated.
Activating the D: This happens when the Black F's move the puck to 1 of the 2 black D's who then complete 1 D2D pass (pass options shown with black and blue lines). Once the D2D pass is completed, the zone is completely unlocked for both sides and all players can shoot at will on offense.
Focus: Working offensively to get the D involved when the defenders are playing "Wingers High", attempting to take away the Low to High play and disrupt the D2D pass or shots with stick or body blocks.
The black D need to surf and move to open spaces to give options to the 3 black F's to move the puck High.
The red W's can move to block lanes and disrupt the low to high passes.
All 5 red players are trying to clear the puck, but not ice it. A wall chip with touch or a pass to a coach in the NZ counts as a clear.
Defense needs 3 clears to end drill. Coach will shoot in a puck from the NZ after each clear.
Offence needs 1 goal to end drill.
Offence options: Black F's can chose to play 3on3 and not activate the D, but they need to complete 5 passes before they can shoot. If they choose to do this, they can still activate the D after they try to score.
