Description

3 on 1 in front of net.

Coach starts drill with shot from point. One F is low screen/redirect, one F is high screen/redirect, one F is moving to find "soft spots" for rebounds/passes. Emphasize positioning for forwards so they don't get caught too close to net. If puck leaves area bounded by pads, throw new puck in. D is trying to clear to sides.

After initial shot, play for 30-45 seconds and switch up. After a few rotations, could add another D to make it 3 on 2.
