Continuous 3v2
Description
Drill begins with dump-in - goalie retrieval. Breakout must be D to D weak side OR a reverse off strong side
3v2 - looking for CENTER DRIVE.
3 Fwds and 2 Def funnel in behind play - original Def that broke out puck are done.
On whistle, coach dumps in on goalie - break out with new unit.
Notes: Progression - no whistle - play original puck and have defense break out to new units who must stay above circles.
