Description

F - working on shots off the cycle. F starts up the warm, cycles to 2nd guy in line he walks up wall and passes back to F. F Shoots. Add 2nd and 3rd cycles so all F1 passes to F3 for shot.
C- Work on block or defensive face offs
D- One Timers. C passes to D. He walks to centre and passes to other D for a one timer. Add: D2 passes back to D1 for a one timer.
