Description

Station 1: Peanut Drill Relay: Teams go from both sides and start in opposite directions with or without puck. Compete going forward, backwards, mohawks or transitions.

Station 2: 2 on 2 knee hockey -

Station 3: Circle passing: Touch pass, follow your pass, star pattern, two puck and monkey in the middle

Station 4: 2 Cone series - powerturn figure 8, transition figure 8 and stops and starts with puck
