Description
Station 1: 4 Cone Chaos - Forward Only, Backward Only, Foreharnd Oonly, 1 hand foreward only, trucks/trailers
Station 2: Rim Battle - Coach rims puck on board, player on board side tries to score, defender gets puck back to coach
Station 3: Continuous Transition Passing
Station 4: 2 Crimson Gaunlet: Coach feeds puck in, bottom 1 or 2 players enter the game to gain possession. Team with possession can either score or use thier teams support players or coach
