Station 1:Skate to cones lifting inside leg around cones leaning on inside edge.
Station 2: Skate to cones lifting outside leg around cones leaning on outside edge.
Station 3: Backward crossovers
Station 4: Start in corner. Quick lateral crossover Skate to first cone, stop at cone. Repeat to next cone and then hard skate to goal line.
Notes: Work on increasing speed with each drill.
