Description
3 on 3 in one end
Set up nets along the goal line facing out.
Position an X player behind the goal line of the OG and an O player behind the goal line of XG. These players cannot come past the goal line and cannot cross the imaginary line drawn down the middle of the zone. Next position an X and O player on the blue line on the same side as there teammate behind the goal line. These players cannot past the imaginary line dividing the zone in half. They can move side to side but can not attack the net. Now place an X and O in the zone. These players can move anywhere and try to score vs. opposite net. They can utilize their teammates for passing options. The Point players may shoot as well. Run 30-40 second shifts.
