Description

Coach positions himself behind the net with pucks.
Separate into two groups with the front of the line at the bottom of the face off circles.
On whistle player goes to boards, and positions back to the boards with skates tight. Coach passes puck up the boards. Player stops the puck with their skates, gets possession and then weaves through pylons and goes in for a shot on net.
