Description
Team of 5 surround the net. Coach puts a puck in play. Players perform 10 quick passes including everyone on the team (3 forwards & 2 defence). coach counts out the passes.
After 10th pass the 3 forwards go on a 3 on 2 on the awaiting defence in the neutral zone
use all 3 lines once, then switch defence and run all 3 lines again.
Could make it a competition between forwards if we time the completion of the drill.
