Description

Diagram One. X3 and X1 go down 2 on 0 with X1 as back checker. Once X 2 and X3 shoot then X1 goes to either line for a pass (X5) then joins the rush with X1. Opposite corner (X4) back checks. After X1 and X5 shoot then X4 joins either line for a continuous drill. The back checker always turns to offense.
