Description

All Players start at same time
- First player leaves with puck follows red route and drops the puck at bottom of circle and then dips into zone
- Second player follows Green route and retrieves puck low and slow
- Third player skates low and open pivots, watch play and builds speed beneath the puck

- 3 on 0 down rink

Notes: Progression add two D who receive puck from F1, hinge pass and pass to any forward.
Start with far D getting first pass then do close D. When close D gets puck the 2nd forward need to change direction and mirror the puck low and slow
