3 Cone Drill

Description

3 players leave all at once each with a puck. The first player goes to the first cone and shoots. The second players goes to the second cone and shoots. Third Player cones to the top cone and shoots. All players then head directly to opposite side after shooting to repeat from other wing.

Notes: Repeat twice on both sides, making sure all the players shoot from different cones.
