Description

1. Long strides all the way down the ice.
2. Cross overs- zig-zag up the ice (3 left & 3 right)
3. Forward skating - pivot - backward skate between blue lines.
4. Skate forward to red line then stop. Skate backward to first blue line then stop. Skate forward to second blue line and stop. Skate backward to red line and stop. Skate down to the end.
